This is an ex-designer deadstock fabric made in Italy. We have a limited quantity of this beautiful, light and floaty, printed silk blend with a soft, modern, berry/wine motif on a beige base. This would make the most drapey, feminine blouse or dress. It is not sheer, but due to the light colour, depending on use, it may need to be lined for full opacity. The blend of silk and cotton gives this batiste a fine, lustrous, slightly slubby finish somewhere between silk satin and a raw silk "look".
